  • Assisting ESR in its acquisition of Blackstone's Milestone logistics portfolio and associated $ billion debt financing.
  • Supporting the Australian Office of Financial Management (AOFM) in its investment in lender warehouse facilities.

You will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of banking and finance, such as:

  • Corporate and acquisition finance
  • Real estate investment and development finance
  • Securitisation
  • Project and infrastructure financing
  • Private debt and special situations
  • Fund financing
  • Specialised finance such as receivables, trade, supply chain, and asset-based lending

To be successful, you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience working on banking and finance transactions at a reputable law firm or financial institution
  • Excellent written, drafting, and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and good work ethic
  • A respectful and collegiate attitude towards colleagues and clients
  • + years post-qualification experience
