Program Lead

This role involves delivering programs to enhance academic performance, career aspirations and personal development of students aged 12-18 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver programs in schools, including planning, coordination and implementation.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, community members and school staff.
  • Provide mentorship and support to students, including facilitating workshops, providing tutoring and assistance.
  • Implement life skills and school engagement activities such as cooking, creative arts, leadership, goal setting and job-ready skills.
  • Organize physical education activities that include traditional games.
  • Coordinate after-school and weekend activities and excursions.
  • Foster cultural exchange opportunities between the academy, school and community.
  • Create personalized learning plans for academy students.
  • Work collaboratively within schools and participate in residential programs, camps and other duties as required.
