We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Young Women's Academy program.

The Program Lead will work closely with students, community members, and schools to improve attendance and school performance. This role is responsible for delivering NASCA programs in schools, maintaining meaningful relationships, and mentoring First Nation students.

  • Deliver programs in schools, including planning, coordination, and implementation
  • Maintain relationships with students, community members, and schools
  • Mentor First Nation students aged 12-18 years old
  • Provide life skills and school engagement activities
  • Organise physical education activities
  • Facilitate community activities

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience working with diverse groups and a passion for improving educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality programs in schools
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Mentoring and supporting First Nation students
  • Developing and implementing life skills and school engagement activities
  • Coordinating physical education activities
  • Facilitating community activities and events

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of First Nation students and communities. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver programs and services.
