Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Attendant to join our Airport Bar team. In this exciting role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include providing warm and professional service to our guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, processing payments through the POS system, handling guest enquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards across the outlet.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety procedures, assisting with stock handling, bar setup, and cellar control as required, and actively promoting menu items through upselling and suggestive selling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • QLD or Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence (desirable)
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC card
  • Previous barista experience essential
  • Previous hospitality, retail, or quick-service experience desirable
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
