We're seeking a detail-driven Graduate to join our Building Surveying team. This role offers hands-on experience in building regulation, research and compliance, working alongside experienced professionals to ensure high standards in building safety.

You'll contribute to a range of projects, investigating real building compliance matters, assessing building code triggers, and preparing reports. Your attention to detail and commitment to upholding building codes will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and interpret legislation, codes and regulations
  • Conduct site inspections, investigate building compliance matters and assess building code triggers
  • Prepare reports, draft compliance notices and refer matters to the relevant authorities

Requirements:
  • Recognised bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
