Commander of Luxury Yacht

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Captain to oversee a stunning 30m yacht.
- A Master 5 qualification is required for this role.
- Previous experience running a similar size vessel is essential.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to effectively manage crew, contractors, and guests, and be hands-on and approachable.
They should also be familiar with new builds and warranty work.
The yacht will be based in Sydney from November and then the Whitsundays. It may be non-liveaboard while in Sydney.
The successful applicant must possess full Australian working rights and hold a clean Captain's License with proven references.
