  • Deliver memorable experiences for customers
  • Assist with charter preparation, including itinerary planning and restaurant bookings
  • Prepare merchandise packs and greet guests at various wharfs
  • Work autonomously on lower-budget charters under guidance
  • Develop personal connections with customers to exceed their expectations
  • Educate members on our platform and assist with bookings
  • Maintain excellent survey results and repeat business
  • Solve customer issues and propose process improvements

Requirements:

  • Juggle competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a love for learning about people
  • Relationship management and ability to work weekends/be on call
  • Prior sales/upselling experience
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
