Junior Sales Broker Job DescriptionThis role is for an ambitious and motivated individual who can support yacht sales, from prospecting and client engagement through to closing deals. The successful candidate will develop into a senior broker role within the luxury yachting industry.
  • Generate new leads, build a strong client network, and assist in preparing for and conducting client meetings, yacht viewings, and sea trials.
  • Develop detailed product knowledge of luxury yacht ranges and conduct market research and analysis on yacht listings, trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and assist in negotiations for brokerage and new build yachts.
  • Represent the company at local and international yacht shows, client events, and promotional activities.
  • Build long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and after-sales support.
Sales Administration (Secondary Support)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales data in CRM systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for boat shows, open days, and marketing events.
Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for luxury sales, marine lifestyle, or the yachting industry.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage high-net-worth clients.
  • Be proactive, commercially minded, and eager to grow a career in luxury yacht brokerage.
  • Excel in organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
