Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a culture of excellence within your team, focusing on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and promoting company values.
  • Consistently raise team performance and capability to support talent development.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mindset within the team, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Energize your team to deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About You:
  • You have 2-3+ years of experience in retail/store line management, with a proven track record of driving results and developing teams.
  • You're passionate about providing exceptional client service and creating memorable retail experiences.
  • You possess excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills, with a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • You're a hands-on leader who thrives on motivating and coaching team members to achieve success.
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
  • You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
