Beauty Retail Lead

We are seeking a passionate and inspirational leader to join our team as a Beauty Retail Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to share their knowledge of beauty, skincare, and wellbeing with customers and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and motivate the team to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Utilize product knowledge to empower staff and help customers make informed decisions about beauty and wellbeing products.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.

  • A strong background in retail management, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and beauty, with a desire to share this expertise with others.
  • Creativity and initiative to develop innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
