Finance Cash Flow Manager

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to take full ownership of ledgers, manage credit risk, and maintain healthy cash flow.
Job Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ledgers, proactively collecting and following up on overdue accounts, reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), improving payment cycles, conducting credit checks, opening new accounts, managing credit holds and releases, building relationships with internal teams and external clients, reconciling customer accounts, handling disputes promptly, flagging potential cash flow concerns early, maintaining accurate master data, and assisting with month-end close.
Requirements:We are seeking an experienced Credit professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated credit experience in a high-volume or manufacturing environment, a results-driven approach to managing and reducing DSO, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management and multi-tasking abilities, confidence in liaising with key stakeholders and customers, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
