Treasury Cash Flow Specialist

The purpose of this role is to manage the company's liquidity and cash flow forecasting. You will provide timely, accurate, and reliable financial forecasts to senior leaders, identify performance improvement opportunities, and work closely with finance teams to understand exposures and cash flows.
- This includes owning the group's 16-week cash flow forecast, preparing weekly and monthly liquidity reports, and undertaking variance and data analysis to improve forecast accuracy.
- You will lead forecast review sessions with operating business finance teams to understand cash flow risks and opportunities, prepare and deliver concise presentations to management, and execute approved financial markets transactions within the Treasury Management System (TMS).
We are seeking a professional with strong analytical skills, experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles, and proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's liquidity and cash flow forecasting
- Provide financial forecasts to senior leaders
- Identify performance improvement opportunities
- Work closely with finance teams to understand exposures and cash flows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
