Key to unlocking the potential of our organization is a skilled Treasury Manager, who will play a pivotal role in overseeing treasury operations, managing funding requirements, and optimizing cash flow and risk management processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of debt instruments, FX, interest rate risk, and liquidity management, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Job Summary:
  • Manage daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure funding requirements are met
  • Oversee debt facilities, manage asset backed securitisation arrangements and reporting
  • Lead hedge accounting, treasury accounting and reconciliations and sign off month closure controls
  • Manage banks and investors, regulators, auditors, rating agencies, legal, compliance, reporting and audit towards treasury related operations
  • Review/Manage daily banking, cash & bank reconciliations, cash flow budgeting & forecasting, hedging and foreign exchange risk management activities
  • Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior leadership
  • Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations
  • Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to align treasury strategy
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across treasury operations

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA preferred) with treasury experience 7 years and above
  • Proven experience in a treasury or corporate finance role, in treasury accounting, hedge accounts, reporting and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of debt instruments, FX, interest rate risk, and liquidity management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with global exposure
