Job Title: Cash Flow Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cash Flow Management Specialist to join our finance team and support the Finance & Accounting Function across the Accounts Payable Cycle.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner
  • Prepare payment runs and associated controls for efficient cash flow management
  • Enter invoices into the accounts payable system for accurate record-keeping
  • Process payments promptly to maintain positive relationships with suppliers
  • Filing and maintaining supplier records for easy access and reference
  • Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness before processing
  • Prepare cheques for payment and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by their supervisor to ensure seamless operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and present findings
