Electrical Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as an Associate Electrical Engineer.

The successful candidate will be employed to utilize their technical ability and experience to bring in new business, complete engineering analysis and concept design of electrical services for new projects. This role requires a recognized Electrical Engineering degree or qualification, circa 8-10 years' experience working as an Electrical Engineer within a building services consulting environment.

This leadership position involves coordinating and leading teams of engineers / drafters on building projects, with a solid understanding of local building codes and standards along with an existing network and knowledge of the local market.

The Associate Electrical Engineer will have autonomy and client interaction, with exposure to diverse and impactful building services projects. The successful candidate will have a supportive team culture and clear career progression.

In this role, the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Presentation skills: Present to clients with business development skills and good commercial acumen.
  • Leadership skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to integrate well into an existing team.
  • Certification: Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer able to sign off on work.

The successful candidate will also be expected to have extensive experience in coordinating and leading teams of engineers / drafters on building projects, and must have a solid understanding of local building codes and standards along with an existing network and knowledge of the local market.
