Electrical Engineer - Data Centres

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile data centre projects and mission-critical infrastructure for leading technology clients.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will take a key leadership role within our national Mission Critical team, contributing to the planning, design and delivery of technically complex data centre and infrastructure projects.

You will work closely with national and international clients, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative, resilient engineering solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong track record delivering complex, high-value projects across critical infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in data centre design and delivery, with a focus on resilient, efficient electrical systems and a strong appreciation for operational continuity and performance.
  • Demonstrated success in leading project teams, engaging with clients, and driving strategic outcomes across multidisciplinary environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hold (or be eligible for) professional registration and understand obligations as a senior design practitioner under relevant state legislation.
