We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our thriving team in Melbourne. In this pivotal role, you will lead and shape our electrical engineering capabilities, contributing to the delivery of complex and impactful projects across not just Melbourne but Australia.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will leverage your extensive expertise to develop innovative and efficient electrical engineering designs that consistently exceed client and project expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

You will manage multiple electrical engineering projects, working closely with the engineering lead and directors to adhere strictly to timelines and budgets. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed schematics, reports, and specifications, and ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

This role demands a strong collaborative approach. You will work with clients, other building services engineers, and project team members to achieve project objectives. Your ability to ensure that all electrical designs and projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations will be paramount.
