With over 400 mechanical, electrical and fire engineers throughout our Global Building Services business, Beca has the skills and experience to deliver integrated building services solutions that are sustainable, cost efficient and flexible. We work with architects, contractors, building owners and developers to provide innovative engineering solutions that respond to the performance needs of today's buildings.

The Opportunity

n Australia, we are growing We are now on track to further grow and strengthen our Buildings Team, as we accelerate our push into the Australian Buildings market. We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant growing team and for you to expand on your client-facing, project leadership and technical skills. You'll play a key role at the centre of one of our business's most exciting growth areas. This opportunity will allow you to realise your own potential and achieve a step-change in your career. You will bring a mix of your technical expertise, delivery leadership and project experience to provide successful client outcomes.

About You

You bring relevant experience in electrical engineering within building services, with a strong foundation in technical skills that have been demonstrated through the delivery of robust and innovative building engineering solutions. You've worked on projects of varying size and scale, including both greenfield and brownfield developments, and are comfortable contributing to design development. You enjoy mentoring junior engineers and supporting their growth. Your experience spans multiple sectors such as commercial, healthcare, tertiary education, and central energy plants within the Australian market. Any exposure to other Beca geographies, such as New Zealand or Singapore, would also be a valuable asset.
