Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will be working with adult physical disability clients in a variety of settings including clinics, communities, and work-from-home environments.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of adult physical disability clients, conducting home assessments and modifications, prescribing equipment, developing manual handling plans, and assessing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

Clients may present with neurological conditions, Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, Traumatic Brain Injury, and other complex needs.

As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training before seeing clients, approximately 4 weeks, followed by ongoing support through weekly supervision, monthly professional development days, and access to a chat platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Driver's license and own vehicle
