Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an occupational therapist to join our team in managing adult physical disabilities. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience working with adults with neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. You will be responsible for assessing patients in their homes, developing treatment plans, and providing equipment prescriptions and manual handling advice.

  • This role involves regular home assessments and modifications to ensure patient safety and independence.
  • You will provide education and support to patients and their families on the use and management of equipment.
  • The caseload includes a diverse range of patients with varying levels of complexity.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Full registration with AHPRA and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
