This is an entry-level opportunity to become a Behaviour Support Practitioner, providing behaviour support services to adults and children with disabilities and/or Autism.
Job Description:- Support individuals with disabilities in achieving positive outcomes through behaviour assessments and individualised plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of therapists to implement strategies and programs for clients.
The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Attending regular supervisions and training sessions.
- Conducting thorough behaviour assessments and developing written behaviour support plans.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Implementing effective strategies and programs for clients.
- Quality training and supervision in behaviour support.
- Leadership and mentoring from experienced Senior Therapists and Managers.
