Used Car Sales Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our used car team as a sales team leader. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales enquiries and generating new leads, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role

The role of sales team leader will involve overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and that targets are consistently met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales enquiries and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Generating new leads through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
