Job Summary

We are seeking a Geotechnical Project Engineer Team Leader to oversee the management of geotechnical projects, guide a team of engineers, and deliver reliable solutions. The successful candidate will possess specialized technical knowledge, evaluate potential risks, and maintain effective client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field. A Professional Engineer license in North Carolina or the ability to obtain one by reciprocity is also required.

In this role, you will supervise and direct technical staff to execute geotechnical assignments, provide leadership across project execution, client development, and daily operations, and promote integrated service offerings.

  • You have a strong background in geotechnical engineering with at least 8 years of experience
  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills
  • You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • You have a professional engineer license in North Carolina or can obtain one by reciprocity
