About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your own expertise and make a real impact. As a coordinator, you will partner with our program managers to ensure the success of our loyalty program through recruitment, induction, training, and development of new consultants.

We are currently experiencing a growth phase, and our main objective is to increase occupancy for each office. Your role will involve identifying applicants to train, coach, and develop to set them up for success, achieve their targets, and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with program managers to recruit, induce, train, and develop new consultants.
  • Utilize your recruitment skills to identify high-quality applicants and provide coaching and support to ensure their success.
  • Facilitate internal content to new recruits and contribute to their onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Prior recruitment experience and proven ability to select quality team members.
  • Ability to facilitate internal content to new recruits.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
