About Commodities and Global Markets:

We are a global financial services group operating in 34 markets, with 55 years of unbroken profitability. Our Commodities and Global Markets business provides clients with access to trade execution, clearing, settlement and deliveries on over 50 exchanges globally.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales, front office and operations teams across Australia, Singapore, USA, UK and Europe.
  • Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients to ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Your Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, including 5 years in a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated client service and excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver results under pressure.
