**Job Title:** Test Manager - Business Intelligence

The role is responsible for providing testing leadership and expertise across a newly established reporting platform with multiple parallel releases.

  • Ensure the quality delivery of business intelligence and reporting solutions within a CI/CD framework.

About this role:

This position requires an experienced Test Manager to lead testing efforts and ensure high-quality results. Key responsibilities include understanding business context and requirements, collaborating with Developers and Business Analysts to design and execute test strategies, and managing User Acceptance and Production Verification testing cycles.

  • Develop reusable automated test scripts and UAT cases using SQL and Power BI.
  • Conduct defect triage and root cause analysis in an Agile environment.
  • Coordinate test activities with Development, Operations, and Support teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Test Manager in large, complex environments.
  • A strong background in User Acceptance and Production Verification testing.
  • Experience in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence test strategies.
  • Skilled in SQL and Power BI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability within Agile delivery models.
