Insights Test Manager — We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to provide testing leadership and expertise across a newly established reporting platform with multiple parallel releases. This role will ensure the quality delivery of business intelligence and reporting solutions within a CI/CD framework.
Key Responsibilities- Understand business context and requirements to inform testing approaches
- Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to design and execute test strategies
- Manage User Acceptance and Production Verification testing cycles
- Develop reusable automated test scripts and UAT cases using SQL and Power BI
- Conduct defect triage and root cause analysis in an Agile environment
- Coordinate test activities with Development, Operations and Support teams
- 5+ years' experience as a Test Manager in large, complex environments
- Strong background in User Acceptance and Production Verification testing
- Experience in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence test strategies
- Skilled in SQL and Power BI
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability within Agile delivery models
