Overview
Insights Test Manager
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to provide testing leadership and expertise across a newly established reporting platform with multiple parallel releases.
This role will ensure the quality delivery of business intelligence and reporting solutions within a CI/CD framework.
Responsibilities
Understand business context and requirements to inform testing approaches
Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to design and execute test strategies
Manage User Acceptance and Production Verification testing cycles
Develop reusable automated test scripts and UAT cases using SQL and Power BI
Conduct defect triage and root cause analysis in an Agile environment
Coordinate test activities with Development, Operations and Support teams
About you / Qualifications
5+ years' experience as a Test Manager in large, complex environments
Strong background in User Acceptance and Production Verification testing
Experience in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence test strategies
Skilled in SQL and Power BI
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability within Agile delivery models
