Key Roles:

This role oversees the provision of testing leadership and expertise across a newly established reporting platform with multiple parallel releases.

The incumbent will ensure quality delivery of business intelligence and reporting solutions within a CI/CD framework. They must work closely with developers and analysts to understand the business context and develop effective testing strategies.

The jobholder is expected to manage user acceptance and production verification testing cycles efficiently, developing reusable automated test scripts and UAT cases using SQL and Power BI.

  • Able to conduct defect triage and root cause analysis in an Agile environment.
  • Coordinate test activities effectively with Development, Operations and Support teams.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years' experience as a Test Manager in large, complex environments.

They should have a strong background in User Acceptance and Production Verification testing, along with experience in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence test strategies.

Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is also essential, alongside excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Professional certification in software testing or related field.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with agile project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
