Enterprise Middleware Administrator

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Middleware Administrator to provide operational and project support across critical production and non-production systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of middleware environments, ensuring high performance, security, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Middleware Administration: Administer WebSphere, WebLogic, MuleSoft, and Linux (SUSE/Red Hat) systems to ensure seamless operation and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Application Deployment: Support application deployments across development, testing, and production environments, ensuring smooth integration and minimal downtime.
  • System Performance: Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and data integrity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer technical expertise to ensure operational best practices and communicate effectively with developers, testers, and stakeholders.
About You:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in enterprise middleware administration, with a strong understanding of the Java EE ecosystem.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
