About the Role
The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Residential Aged Care Facility in Port Pirie.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity and quality of care for our residents, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing and multidisciplinary team activities.
- Ensure the delivery of holistic, individualised resident care, enhancing well-being and quality of life in line with their care goals.
- Manage practice outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement through evidence-based decision-making and innovation.

Essential Criteria
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current practicing certificate required.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
