Emergency Department Nurse Manager Position

This is a leadership role where you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in the Emergency Department at PPRHS. You will collaborate with the team to deliver person-centered care and mentor less experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the NUM and fellow ANUMs to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assist in implementing practice changes that enhance patient outcomes.
- Work alongside the NUM on performance evaluations, recruitment, staffing, and financial planning.

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-registration nursing experience, or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care in a fast-paced environment.
