About the Role

Osmoflo Water Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our project management delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering aspects of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Prepare detailed work plans and schedules for construction activities, and review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Ensure manufacturing and construction activities comply with design specifications, codes, and standards, and provide technical support and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Implement quality control procedures and monitor work quality, and monitor project budgets and track expenditures for cost control.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes, and assist in the preparation of project reporting and client communication.
  • Contribute to project risk analysis and mitigation strategies, and assist in procurement activities and subcontractor management.
  • Support commercial and contractual requirements, and engage with fabrication management to ensure timely fabrication of equipment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering (civil, chemical, electrical, or mechanical) degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of project engineering experience, with a strong understanding of manufacturing and construction practices, standards, and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of PMBOK, and project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate activities.
  • Basic contract management and commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and customer-focused with a commitment to safety and environmental practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, and a current driver's license.
