What will you be doing?

• Lead and contribute to a variety of projects focused on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, including:
• Enhancing Quality Assurance and Environmental Systems.
• Improving electronic file management processes.
• Coordinating the decommissioning of old equipment to optimize production space.
• Developing a business case for robotic automation to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Support the production team in job optimization and materials selection.
• Operate machinery and assist in workload management as needed.
• Maintain compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.

What do you need?

• A third- or fourth-year Engineering degree (or recently graduated)
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and CAD software
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical competence
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning
