Executive Leader, Asia Pacific Delivery
">About the Role:The Executive Leader will oversee a dual responsibility: leading the delivery team to ensure seamless and best-practice standard processes for projects from commencement through implementation, testing, and support. Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Asia Pacific, you will be a key conduit between the business and service delivery teams, interacting with other teams in the organisation to continuously achieve planned business outcomes.
This position will direct and mentor; provide advice and governance across the team to ensure they adhere to standards and understand where they may need to evolve.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the service delivery team to deliver best-practice development, delivery, and support to all customers
- Ensure alignment of IT strategy with business objectives through planning, implementation, and execution
- Collaborate and lead through identifying blockers, challenges, and risks and taking steps to close issues and make quick decisions
- Guarantee integrity and consistency across the delivery of solutions
- Ensure all project and support work undertaken is of high-quality standard, achieving and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Main Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to see how system parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking)
- Effective project management skills, managing projects to deadlines
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Able to influence people and thinking, construct well thought-through arguments, and communicate effectively to various audiences
