Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the restaurant environment.

This involves ensuring that all areas of the restaurant, both internally and externally, are clean and well-maintained.

Maintenance tasks include but are not limited to mopping, scrubbing, cleaning windows and toilets, and climbing ladders.

Additionally, the role requires maintaining equipment to ensure it is in good working order and that the restaurant environment remains safe and secure from potential hazards.

A high level of attention to detail is essential for this position as is the ability to work autonomously.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to meet strict timelines, and possess a friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

They must also be available to work early mornings to prepare the restaurant for trade.

Adaptability and resilience are key qualities for success in this role, along with a positive mindset and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
