About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Airservices Australia. As an operational representative, you will play a critical role in the design and implementation of the Western Sydney International Airport's airspace and flight path.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational knowledge and expertise related to the proposed Western Sydney airspace and flight path design operations.
  • Support the design development, training development, implementation, and community engagement activities for this ground-breaking project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, operational and training leads to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Travel across operational sites as required to support project delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in operational endorsements, including Sydney Approach, Sydney Departures, and Sydney Traffic Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a project and transformational change environment.
  • Strong strategic decision-making skills, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience applying the Airspace and flight path design and operational change process.
