Key Responsibilities- Provide operational knowledge and expertise related to the proposed Western Sydney airspace and flight path design operations.
- Support the design development, training development, implementation, and community engagement activities for this ground-breaking project.
- Collaborate with project managers, operational and training leads to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Travel across operational sites as required to support project delivery.
- Previous experience in operational endorsements, including Sydney Approach, Sydney Departures, and Sydney Traffic Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a project and transformational change environment.
- Strong strategic decision-making skills, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience applying the Airspace and flight path design and operational change process.
