Job Summary:

About Our Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to drive the success of our partnerships through seamless collaboration and impactful go-to-market strategies.

This role involves onboarding new partners, coordinating cross-functional efforts to launch co-branded initiatives, and serving as the main point of contact for partner activation initiatives.

You'll work closely with sales partnership contacts and cross-functional teams to drive mutual success through strong relationships and effective communication.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new partners and coordinate cross-functional efforts to launch co-branded initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner activation initiatives, building strong relationships with internal and partner stakeholders
  • Communicate launch plans and impact to all stakeholders; provide transparent updates on project status and issues
  • Develop and execute mutually beneficial partner activation Go-To-Market plans in collaboration with marketing, product, sales, service, and external partners
  • Continuously optimise partner activation plans, workflows, and documentation to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or project management (partner marketing experience preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to articulate strategy and inform senior stakeholders on progress and issues
  • Proven experience crafting GTM plans and leading cross-functional teams to deliver them successfully
  • Proven experience activating partnerships through creative solutions; customer-centric mindset; highly organised with attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment and prioritising multiple projects at once
