Senior Clinical Operations Manager

This leadership role is responsible for driving clinical excellence and workforce management across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have current registration with AHPRA, a minimum of 3 years' experience working at a management level, and proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • SUPPORTING GROWTH AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BY IDENTIFYING BUSINESS NEEDS AND RESPONDING TO EXECUTIVE TEAM REQUIREMENTS
  • MAINTAINING CLINICAL EXCELLENCE ACROSS THE ORGANISATION BY OVERSEEING CARE DELIVERY AND COORDINATING MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMS
  • LEADING AND MANAGING HUMAN RESOURCES TO ENSURE FUTURE WORKFORCE REQUIREMENTS ARE KNOWN AND STRATEGIES ARE IDENTIFIED AND IMPLEMENTED
  • ENHANCING PATIENT OUTCOMES THROUGH EFFECTIVE OPERATIONAL SUPPORT AND LEADERSHIP

The successful candidate will be vaccinated against Covid-19 and provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
