About the Opportunity
The Senior Clinical Director will oversee a team of healthcare professionals, focusing on embedding best practices in clinical services and education within our community-based care program. This role involves leading the implementation of policies and practices across multiple locations, including the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Far South Coast areas.
Key Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in nursing or allied health
- Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration
- Strong understanding of contemporary aged care clinical practice and community service delivery
- Experience in mentoring and providing guidance to teams and employees
- Ability to navigate and support teams through change and ambiguity
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and contributing to a organisation that supports vulnerable members of the community
