Area Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of our centres in the Hills Shire area. As an Area Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning experiences for children and families.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Centre Directors and supporting them in achieving compliance with standards, developing and implementing programs and systems, and managing budgets and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of centre operations, including compliance with policies, legislation, regulations, NQF, EYLF, and NQS standards.
  • Leadership and guidance of Centre Directors to ensure smooth and high-quality centre operations.
  • Financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Staff development and support, including professional growth and performance.

Requirements:

To be successful as an Area Manager, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or ACECQA-recognised equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years teaching experience in early childhood education.
  • Proven multisite management experience overseeing 5 or more centres.
  • Full driver's license.
  • Current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
