Operational Leader

As an Operational Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our aquatic facilities. The primary focus is on ensuring a safe and excellent customer service experience.

The Role

Our team seeks individuals with strong leadership skills to fill this crucial role. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily operations with a focus on safety and quality service delivery
  • Providing guidance and coaching to team members to create a positive work environment
  • Developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and experience

Successful candidates will possess exceptional leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a comparable role is advantageous but not essential.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate
