Lead Operations and Drive Excellence

We are seeking a skilled operations leader to join our team. As a shift leader, you will oversee daily operations, monitor system performance, and address technical challenges. You will also implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for maintaining high service quality standards and meeting customer expectations. This includes CMMS reporting, overseeing accurate reporting and tracking of maintenance activities, setting and achieving KPIs for operational performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • A degree, diploma, or certificate in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience leading technical teams in an automated environment is a plus.
  • Strong strategic planning skills for site development and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
