About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to support the broader marketing team in delivering events, campaigns, and communications that enhance the customer experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing centre events and digital campaigns to create engaging experiences for our customers.
- Assisting with the planning, management, and delivery of the annual marketing strategy across digital, direct, and social media touch points.
- Coordinating centre signage from production through implementation in centre.
- Processing invoices, sales reports, and other administrative duties.
- Building relationships with retailers, shoppers, community groups, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Execution: Deliver seamless and memorable events that exceed customer expectations.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, managing, and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.
- Centre Signage: Coordinate the creation and implementation of eye-catching centre signage that enhances the customer experience.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in executing events and activations.
- Experience working in a marketing role, including ownership of digital and social channels.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Passion for delivering quality executions that enhance the customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
