Inventory Efficiency Improvement Manager

This role is responsible for driving FBA inventory efficiency improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to own and drive this critical project. The ideal candidate will have experience in program or project management, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze inventory data to identify underperforming products
  • Develop and manage a roadmap for FBA inventory efficiency improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive inventory efficiency programs
  • Manage communications to stakeholders regarding FBA inventory
  • Assist with investigating and resolving root causes for FBA merchant and customer issues

The successful Inventory Efficiency Improvement Manager will be a single-threaded owner of their initiatives, with a high level of ownership and control over their destiny. They will be measured on the impact of their project, with clear goals set forth.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with processes and process design/analysis, has the ability to influence without authority using data and facts, and can deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
