We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Professional to join our team. As a key member of the People & Culture department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Learning and Development function.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS. You will also contribute to regular and accurate reporting of L&D activities, communicate training information clearly to staff, and liaise with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing, and feedback.
You will play a vital role in supporting onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new starters. Additionally, you will provide P&C administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, employee records, timesheets, and leave requests. Your support will extend to the Talent Acquisition team as required, including interview bookings and candidate communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for creating great places to work and an exceptional employee experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Previous experience in an Administration role is preferred
- Strong tech skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems
- A drive to learn across all areas of People and Culture
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
