Clinical Hearing Health Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Hearing Health Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work closely with audiologists and other health professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support audiologists in conducting hearing checks and providing education on ear and hearing health.
- Use technology to screen for ear and hearing health problems in adults and children in the clinic, community, and youth justice settings.
- Ensure inpatients can hear well enough to participate in shared decision-making with other health professionals.
- Assist inpatients with hearing devices when problems are identified.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., audiology, allied health).
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in audiology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
