We are seeking a meticulous, driven and passionate customer service professional to join our organization as a Clinic Coordinator. This role is vital in contributing to clinic performance and enhancing our customers' experience.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for our clients.
- Gain knowledge about all our products services competitive advantages and government funding programs.
- Apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.
- Previous administration or customer service experience in environments such as retail hearing care services pharmacy or allied health.
- Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support clients on their hearing journey.
- Flexibility and willingness to support nearby clinics as needed.
- Higher School Certificate HSC or TAFE qualification.
- Advanced computer literacy skills.
