Customer Service Representative Opportunity

About the Role: We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our clinic team, you will provide exceptional service to clients and support our clinicians in delivering high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with clinicians to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for all clients
  • Learn about our products, services, and competitive advantages to apply tailored client-specific sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous administration or customer service experience is essential
  • Experience working with older demographics is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy are required to support clients' hearing journeys
  • Flexibility and willingness to support nearby clinics are necessary
  • A Higher School Certificate or TAFE Qualification is required
  • Advanced computer literacy skills are essential
