  • As a Client Service Officer, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer experience and contributing to clinic performance.
  • You will collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to provide quality hearing health care outcomes for clients.
  • You will learn about products and services, applying tailored client-specific strategies to ensure the best possible solutions.
Requirements
  • Previous administration or customer service experience is required, preferably in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.
  • Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy are essential for supporting clients' hearing journey.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support other nearby clinics are required.
  • Higher School Certificate or TAFE Qualification is necessary.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills are essential.
